ASUT Fiberglass commits to ensuring the quality of test services provided to customers through good professional and technical practices by establishing a system that meets the requirements of all tests and standards, providing quality and reliable services to customers, recognized legal authorities, or organizations.

The service pledges to be carried out in accordance with national and/or international standards, internationally recognized laboratory methods, documents, and current regulatory requirements, ensuring impartiality, independence, honesty, confidentiality, and reliability principles in the shortest possible time.

ASUT Fiberglass aims to fulfill customer expectations and needs completely and on time by providing quality services, informing the customer at every stage of the service, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring its continuity.

In line with these goals, it aims to use technological test equipment in accordance with test methods and standards with expert personnel, and to ensure the quality of tests through comparison measurements with national/international laboratories and reference/standard materials.

It adopts the principle of ensuring that all personnel understand the importance of their work and embrace the requirements of the quality system, supported by continuous training, learning the quality management system and documentation, and applying policies and procedures in their work.
